Incredible Dining for an Incredible Cause

In 2025, $1 from every $40 meal and $2 from every $60 meal served during Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining presented by Orlando Health will provide support for REED Charitable Foundation, which works to end the literacy crisis by ensuring all children have access to reading instruction through educator training that’s both affordable and accessible. To date, Magical Dining has raised nearly $3 million for local nonprofits — and we expect to go over that mark in 2025.

REED has worked with organizations including Orange County Public Schools, Lift Orlando, Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, Adult Literacy League, UCP Charter Schools, and the Winter Park Library, among others to implement programs that help equip children with the tools to read, succeed and thrive.

Proceeds from Magical Dining will help REED Charitable Foundation strengthen current partnerships and expand educator training programs throughout Orange County. To date, REED Charitable Foundation has trained 1,376 educators in Orange County, impacting approximately 172,000 students over the past 5 years.

To ensure this donation has widespread impact throughout our community, Visit Orlando will also award a $3,000 donation to one local nonprofit in each of Orange County’s six commission districts that also support this cause. They include:
