MICHELIN Stars

Per Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the MICHELIN Guides, inspectors found that Orlando had very much to offer food and wine enthusiasts, with talented chefs and their committed teams creating culinary experiences matched only by the destination’s amazing attractions. With inspector notes for each, Orlando’s MICHELIN Stars include the following restaurants.

Two-MICHELIN-Star Sorekara

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “In a world of uniformity, Sorekara proudly forges its own path. This Baldwin Park restaurant is unlike anywhere else you've been, offering a surprising and delightful culinary journey that revels in turning expectations on their head.”

ÔMO by Jônt — Winter Park

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “Chef Ryan Ratino’s lauded D.C. restaurant, Jônt, is more than just the inspiration for this offshoot. This Winter Park restaurant echoes that spirit and sensibility (think classic French techniques married with pristine Japanese ingredients), albeit with a few Florida touches.”

Soseki Modern Omakase — Winter Park

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “This tiny operation with Chef Mike Collantes at the helm is an ideal illustration of a contemporary meal expressed by way of an omakase. A laser-like focus on local Florida produce results in a menu that changes monthly.”

In 2023, Soseki was further honored with a MICHELIN Sommelier Award for Beverage Director Benjamin Coutts.

Camille — Baldwin Park

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “Chef Tung Phan has taken the pop-up and given it permanence at this space just off Lake Baldwin. Seats at the counter feature the 10-course Vietnamese-French tasting menu, while booths offer an abbreviated version. Rooted in French techniques, Vietnamese flavors are given a refined twist here.”

Kadence — Audubon Park Garden District

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “The omakase opens with hot dishes and cool sashimi. This is food that’s free-spirited, yet manages to honor the classic methods. Pacing is on point in sashimi like hamachi and hirame. Nigiri, like snapper with lemon and sea salt, will have you yearning for more.”

Victoria & Albert’s — Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “Nestled within Disney’s crown jewel, the Grand Floridian Resort, this restaurant is by no means an easy reservation. The setting is intimate, and the pacing is that of a leisurely, three-hour waltz orchestrated by a gracious brigade of veteran servers.”
