Soseki Modern Omakase — Winter Park

In 2023, Soseki was further honored with a MICHELIN Sommelier Award for Beverage Director Benjamin Coutts.

Capa Steakhouse & Bar — Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “At the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World; this steakhouse also flaunts a decidedly Spanish accent. Kick things off with ace tapas before indulging in a main dish, like flame-kissed ribeye with tamarind-ancho sauce.”

“I’m so glad Florida's top restaurants and talented chefs are finally receiving their due recognition by MICHELIN Guide,” said Dana Berry, PR Director for Four Seasons Resort Orlando. “Orlando has so many amazingly talented chefs and incredible dining options, it’s great that the book is raising the level of awareness of Orlando as a culinary hot spot. Our chefs at Four Seasons Orlando are thrilled to receive a MICHELIN Star rating for Capa.”

NEW FOR ‘24: Camille — Baldwin Park

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “Chef Tung Phan has taken the pop-up and given it permanence at this space just off Lake Baldwin. Seats at the counter feature the 10-course Vietnamese-French tasting menu, while booths offer an abbreviated version. Rooted in French techniques, Vietnamese flavors are given a refined twist here.”

Kadence — Audubon Park Garden District

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “The omakase opens with hot dishes and cool sashimi. This is food that’s free-spirited, yet manages to honor the classic methods. Pacing is on point in sashimi like hamachi and hirame. Nigiri, like snapper with lemon and sea salt, will have you yearning for more.”

NEW FOR ‘24: Natsu — North Quarter District

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “At Natsu, there are just two seatings a night at this intimate omakase where a 10-seat counter dominates a spartan-styled room. … The sushi is impressive and doesn’t gild the lily, as in skin-on barracuda with a dynamic char or soy-marinated salmon that finishes ever-so-sweetly.”

Papa Llama — Curry Ford West

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “Husband-and-wife duo Kevin and Maria Ruiz prepare modern Peruvian cuisine full of bright ingredients with a bit of polish, and the multicourse tasting menu is an approachable (and affordable) way to sample their sincere cooking.” Prior to 2024, Papa Llama was recognized as a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand.

Victoria & Albert’s — Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

MICHELIN Inspector Notes: “Nestled within Disney’s crown jewel, the Grand Floridian Resort, this restaurant is by no means an easy reservation. The setting is intimate, and the pacing is that of a leisurely, three-hour waltz orchestrated by a gracious brigade of veteran servers.”
