Valencia Restaurant at The Grove Resort and Water Park will feature an elegant, four-course meal with chef-curated dishes like Korean barbecue Gochujang wings, braised short rib, berry compote and the S’mores Chocolate Indulge cake. • Il Mulino New York Trattoria: Insalata di giardino (garden salad), polpo color cavolo rosso (slow cooked octopus), dentice in crostada di patate (red snapper with marble potatoes), ossobuco con polenta cremosa (veal osso Bucco with sundried tomato polenta)
