Bar Kada
Intimate sake bar and lounge Bar Kada invites you to sip back and relax with monthly Sake Sessions in Winter Park, about 25 minutes north of our entertainment districts. During the Sake Cocktails course, you’ll learn about the art of mixing sake to create enticing twists on popular cocktails, plus enjoy five mini cocktails and a three-course tasting menu. Additional classes include sommelier-led tastings and discussions on the history and creation of sake.
Bar Kada is a sister concept from the team behind One-MICHELIN-Star Soseki Modern Omakase, whose beverage director also won a MICHELIN Sommelier Award in 2023.

Learn from master mixologists as you create three delicious, seasonally focused cocktails featuring a variety of different flavors and spirits. Pricing: $70 adults.

Slip away to The Edison, an Industrial Gothic-themed eatery that offers intimate cocktail classes on select Saturdays at Disney Springs®. Shake, stir and sip your way through workshops on tiki basics, Prohibition-era cocktails and more themed fun, all while enjoying special tastings and a light lunch. Pricing: $100 adults.
Tip: For a hands-off approach, The Edison also hosts a Mixology Dinner Series where you can savor three dinner courses paired with specially curated cocktails.
Orlando’s first absinthe bar, Death in the Afternoon, offers monthly cocktail classes in the Mills 50 district adjacent to downtown Orlando. Each class features a different type of spirit across three delicious cocktails, plus a tasty bar snack for maximum enjoyment. Join the stylish crew at Lake Nona Wave Hotel for a free, 30-minute mixology experience in the HAVEN Kitchen lounge. Craft and taste exquisite cocktails with a master mixologist, then treat yourself to dinner at one of the Wave’s vibrant restaurants. This tasty mixer is open to hotel guests and non-guests alike Thursdays at 7 p.m. through December 26, 2024. Pricing: Free.
Playful, vibrant and fun, JoJo’s SHAKEBAR at Pointe Orlando offers seasonal cocktail classes for major events like Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween and the holiday season. Learn to make two delicious, themed cocktails and enjoy 20% off elevated diner fare. Pricing: Varies.
Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort boasts a delicious take on mixology with Sangria University. Offered Saturdays and Sundays on the water, this tasty course reveals the history of sangria along with the recipes used to create Three Bridges’ four in-house blends. You’ll get to create your own glass of sangria from a selection of fresh fruits and spirits, plus enjoy a light appetizer and tastings of the four house sangrias. Pricing: $69 – $79 (varies by date).
