At the groove™, party through several uniquely themed, full-service bars, check out the pulsating wall of video screens, and gaze out from the balcony terrace overlooking Universal CityWalk. You can even take in a retro double feature at Hollywood Drive-In Golf, which features courses based on vintage horror flicks and “little green men” science fiction. Downtown Orlando’s Wall St. Plaza is a complex of seven bars and clubs connected by an open-air courtyard. It’s known for throwing wild block parties every weekend — and they really ramp up the festivities on holidays. Anchored by the Amway Center — home of the incredible Sky Lounge — the Church Street District offers ample live entertainment and nightspots, including the SkyBar Rooftop Terrace at AC Hotel by Marriott Orlando Downtown. And at the east end of downtown, the Thornton Park neighborhood boasts the Stardust Lounge, a hip, underground bar (literally) featuring billiards, happy-hour specials and unique themed nights.
