Craft coffee and donuts go hand in hand at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, part of Disney Springs® at Walt Disney World® Resort. This colorful cafe packs a one-two punch with vibrant pairings like the Donut Shop Special (classic cold brew topped with a strawberry donut) and Super Chocolate Topper (double chocolate nitro cold brew topped with a Brooklyn Blackout donut). Gideon's Bakehouse

Gideon’s Bakehouse may be known for their enormous cookies and cake slices, but their flagship store at Disney Springs has one more tasty trick up its sleeve. Their delectable nitro cold brew pairs beans from Lineage Coffee Roasting with oat milk for a fully vegan treat — and it’s only available at Walt Disney World. Choose from classic flavors like Peanut Butter or Cookies & Cream cold brew, and keep an eye out for limited edition flavors, which change monthly. The LGBTQ+ owned Winter Park bakery exclusively serves Onyx Coffee Lab blends, along with pastries, sandwiches and brunch fare. Linger over classic “Southern Weather” brewed coffee (with complimentary refills) or treat yourself to a crème brulee cortado, lavender vanilla cinnamon latte or specialty espresso blend. Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

Just around the corner from Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company serves specialty beverages including nitro cold-brew, loose-leaf-teas, artisan-roasted coffee and premium iced tea, as well as seasonal and themed lattes. THE MONROE

In downtown Orlando, Craft & Common serves fun vibes, expertly blended drinks and snackable small plates inspired by the West Coast. Many of their beans come from KOS Coffee Roasters, a Maitland-based micro roastery minutes from Orlando. Stemma Craft Coffee

Stemma Craft Coffee is female-owned by fourth-generation coffee growers with a family farm in Nicaragua. Colorful, warm and inviting, this downtown Orlando cafe serves espresso, tea, pour-over coffee and craft beverages with a twist. Try El Güerito, an iced coffee made with sweetened milk, pineapple foam and grated cookie, or the Dirty Mama, a delectable blend of espresso and homemade horchata. They also offer a full menu of sandwiches, toast, salads and snacks to make your taste buds sing.

Sugar Dough Bakehouse

In the Audubon Park Garden District, Sugar Dough Bakehouse serves tea, coffee and Asian-inspired French pastries like the taro croissant, ube egg tart, and a rotating selection of cream-filled croissant rolls. It’s owned by husband-and-wife team Yixi Qiu and Wen Pan, both originally from China. Order the tiger sugar, Sakura or taro latte and watch the magic unfold. Vanessa’s Coffee Shop

25 minutes southeast of Orlando in Lake Nona, Vanessa’s Coffee Shop serves over-the-top espresso-based drinks like the Mocha Nutella-Oreo Latte and Cookie Butter Latte, along with a full menu of sweet and savory fare. Get your favorite beverages hot or iced, and keep an eye out for seasonal specialties like the cinnamon roll latte, Secret Garden lavender latte and holly jolly hot chocolate (with an added espresso shot, of course).
