Kick start the festivities with the annual Winter Park St. Patrick’s Day Parade, where you can don your emerald best and catch bagpipers, bands, floats and more. The parade will step off on Canton Avenue in Winter Park and continue along scenic Park Avenue, a lively thoroughfare lined with shops and restaurants — some of which may have special St. Patrick’s Day offers of their own.

The Byrne Brothers at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts

Irish quartet The Byrne Brothers will bring their high-energy blend of traditional Irish folk and modern dance music to Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Orlando. For daytime fun in downtown Orlando, head to Altira Pool & Lounge’s St. Patrick’s weekend pool party (March 14) on the rooftop of the chic Grand Bohemian Orlando. Party on with festive food and drink specials, a live DJ, a roaming Jameson cocktail cart, and more themed fun to kick off the weekend.

Kings Dining & Entertainment

Kings Dining & Entertainment on International Drive will feature several specialty items throughout the weekend, including green beer, a Shamrock Shotski special, and a Pot O’ Gold cocktail with a golden sugar rim. They’ll also host a Shamrock Strike Challenge with the potential to win a free hour of bowling (winners randomly chosen every two hours).

Shade Bar and Grill at Marriott Orlando Downtown will feature an incredible variety of St. Patrick’s Day drinks and themed meals. Dig into holiday specials like The Lucky Shepherd’s Pie ($17), Bangers Over the Rainbow Flatbread ($16.50) and Paddy’s Corned Beef Quesadilla ($16), then add green beer ($4), Snakebites ($5), Irish Mules or Shamrock-Tinis ($9 - $10) for an extra pinch of luck. Beer party buckets will also be available for $15 - $25.

Metro Diner

Metro Diner will feature a special St. Patrick’s Day entree of corned beef and cabbage at five Central Florida locations, while supplies last. Pricing: $15.49.

Rosen Centre Hotel

Rosen Centre Hotel will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a lively lunch at Cafe Gauguin and themed drink specials at three onsite bars. The buffet lunch includes specials like Irish colcannon soup, corned beef and cabbage, lamb stew, Irish whipped potatoes, and a variety of sweet treats. Keep the party going with $10 Jameson cocktails and $5 Guinness at Everglades Restaurant, Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill, and Sam & Bubbe’s lobby lounge.
