Witness the return of Monster Stomp, explore all-new haunts like The Rave Yard and The Collector’s Curse, and quench your bloodlust with eerie cocktails and live entertainment at five themed bars.
A Petrified Forest
Select Dates, Oct. 3 – Nov. 1, 2025
A Petrified Forest will return to Altamonte Springs this Halloween season, bringing three new haunted trails through real Central Florida woodlands. Explore spooky entertainment, food trucks, laser tag and shopping while you wait for your return time, then brave the trails and see what horrors await beyond the trees. Want to really test your limits? Up the ante on a Total Eclipse night, where characters are allowed to touch you and a single glowstick is your only source of light.
While this homegrown haunt is generally geared toward adults (ages 12+), A Petrified Forest also has a Kids Day (Oct. 11) with trick-or-treating and games and a Special Needs Night (Oct. 15) to provide everyone a chance to move at their own pace.
The Terror of Boggy Creek

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures invites you to brave The Terror of Boggy Creek, a new Halloween experience with three spooky components. Walk the haunted carnival trail, then climb aboard a military-style truck to see what lurks in the forbidden woods. Select adventures also include a nighttime airboat tour through darkened waters, where you might spot real gator eyes glowing back at you.
Theatrical Halloween Experiences in Orlando
Nosferatu (18+)

Now in its fifth year, Nosferatu beckons you to join the vampire horde in a mind-bending, 360-degree theatrical experience. Enter the Renaissance Theater Company warehouse near downtown Orlando, then free roam through an unusual series of rooms where bloodthirsty performance artists lure you deeper into the story. When the bell tolls, gather with the other mortals for a swinging afterparty complete with drag performances, dancing and themed beverages.

Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical

You don’t need a gate between worlds to travel back to 1983 Hawkins, Indiana. Stranger Sings! Who — or what — is killing off the Baskerville heirs? Join Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson in the search for answers in this madcap take on The Hound of the Baskervilles. Presented by Orlando Shakespeare Theater, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic whodunit gets a comedic makeover with three dynamic actors playing dozens of roles. Children under 5 will not be admitted to the theatre.
Walking With Ghosts: Real Life Hauntings With Amy Bruni

Join paranormal researcher, author and podcaster Amy Bruni in a chilling tell-all at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. In Walking With Ghosts, the former Ghost Hunters star and current co-star of The Travel Channel’s Kindred Spirits will share stories of hauntings that began with real life murders.
Goosebumps The Musical: Phantom of the Auditorium

Introduce your kids to one of the greatest kids horror series of all time with Goosebumps The Musical: Phantom of the Auditorium. This spooky-fun musical, based on the book by R.L. Victorian theater troupe Phantasmagoria returns to Dr. Phillips Center with their latest Halloween production, Hauntingly Whimsical Tales. You’ll be spellbound by the stories of iconic artist and author Edward Gorey, who would have been 100 years old this year. The one-of-a-kind show will feature storytelling, dance, puppetry, original music and more.
50th Anniversary Rocky Horror Picture Show (18+)

Talk about a time warp — The Rocky Horror Picture Show turns 50 years old this Halloween season, and you can relive it all in Orlando during a special 50th Anniversary screening featuring the film’s original cast.
