Spring Concerts at Camping World Stadium (Starting March 12, 2022)
Camping World Stadium will be hosting numerous world-class concerts in 2022, starting with Billy Joel (March 12), Garth Brooks (March 26) and Paul McCartney (May 28) this spring. This summer, you can also look forward to Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe with Poison and Joan Jett (June 19), Bad Bunny (Aug. 5), and Red Hot Chili Peppers with The Strokes and Thundercats (Sept. 15). 31st Florida Film Festival (April 8 – 17, 2022)
Hosted by the Enzian Theater in Maitland, about 25 minutes north of our main tourism districts, the Florida Film Festival is an Oscar-qualifying event that premieres the best in current, independent and international cinema. During the 10-day gala, you can enjoy more than 160 films and events, including appearances by filmmakers and celebrities, as well as hand-crafted cocktails and a delicious menu from the on-site Eden Bar. (And yes, all food and beverages can be enjoyed inside the Enzian, too!)
2022 MexTour: Mexican National Team vs. Guatemala (April 27, 2022)
¡Gooooooooool! One of North America’s top sports properties, the 2022 MexTour is set to kick off at downtown Orlando’s newly renovated Camping World Stadium with this matchup. Don’t miss your chance to see the Mexican National Team take on Guatemala in a city and venue that are candidates to host 2026 FIFA World Cup matches!

The Great Gatsby (April 28 – May 1, 2022)
Presented by Orlando Ballet at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Orlando, The Great Gatsby will transport you back to the Roaring Twenties through lavish and cinematic sets, choreography by Jorden Morris, and an original score by Carl Davis and conducted by Julian Pellicano.

31st Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival (May 17 – 30, 2022)
Running two full weeks, the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival — aka Orlando Fringe — is an immersive cultural experience featuring hundreds of ticketed theatrical performances from local, national and international artists, plus a free outdoor music festival. Loch Haven Park close to downtown Orlando serves as the event’s main campus, and select programming is also held at venues in nearby neighborhoods.

This year’s edition will be supplemented by DigiFringe, a 14-day digital festival that runs from June 3 – 17, 2022. It will feature high-quality recordings of every show at the main festival as well as additional shows from artists who could not travel to Orlando in person.
MEGACON Orlando 2022 (May 19 – 22, 2022)
The southeast’s largest comics, sci-fi, horror, anime and gaming event returns to the Orange County Convention Center for four big days! Get autographs from your favorite celebrities, watch professional comic artists battle it out in popular Sketch Duels, learn from “How To” workshops, and take photos with amazingly costumed characters. And with over 400,000 square feet of shopping, MEGACON is also a great place to find unique collectibles, gifts and more!

At Walt Disney World Resort, EPCOT® kicks off the year with two unique festivals serving fantastic food and beverages. And this year, both events are extra magical because they’re taking place during The World’s Most Magical Celebration honoring the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort! EPCOT® International Flower & Garden Festival (March 2 – July 4, 2022)
Spring is definitely in the air because the horticulture team at Walt Disney World Resort is busy producing topiaries, hanging baskets, flower towers and more in preparation for the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Once this popular and fragrant festival springs to life, you’ll have 125 days to enjoy fresh cuisine, colorful gardens, playful topiaries and vibrant entertainment.
The popular Garden Rocks Concert Series is back in 2022, featuring favorite tunes at the America Gardens Theatre. The series features something for everyone — from returning favorites like The Guess Who, Rick Springfield and Simple Plan to Latin hitmakers Melina León and Claudia Leitte, Christian music superstar TobyMac and groovin’ legends Kool & The Gang. And of course, fresh flavors will be on the menu at 18 Outdoor Kitchens and other food and beverage locations throughout the park, among other delights.
