Savor a perfectly-cooked holiday meal at home with some help from 4 Rivers Smokehouse. The beloved barbecue joint is rolling out a special Easter carryout menu with options like boneless ham, smoked turkey and prime rib. Don’t forget sides and desserts — White Velvet Easter Ombre 3-Layer Coconut Cake, anyone? — for a perfect celebration. Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on March 27 and can be picked up on March 30 at 4 Rivers Smokehouse locations in East Orlando, Kissimmee, Longwood, SODO, Winter Garden and Winter Park.

AVA MediterrAegean

Located in Winter Park, the MICHELIN Recommended AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park is partnering with Choulala Bakery to curate a decadent specialty AVA Blossom Easter Macaron, composed of hazelnut cream and candied orange jam ($25). It will be available during brunch on Easter Sunday.

Canvas Restaurant & Market

In Lake Nona, waterfront eatery Canvas Restaurant & Market will offer several special Easter dishes alongside the regular a la carte menu. Options include deviled eggs with smoked salmon, frisée lettuce salad, croutons and dill crème fraiche ($18), roasted leg of lamb with creamed spinach stuffing, roasted new potatoes, sweet carrots and cabernet wine sauce ($46), and coconut tres leches ($12).

Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen

From March 29 – 31, Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen will feature a specialty entree of Herb Crust Rack of Lamb served with curry-carrot puree, roasted parsnips, and mint chimichurri sauce ($44). Round out your meal with limited-time dishes like grilled octopus with confit tomatoes, braised artichokes and rosemary croutons ($28) and lemon poppy seed cake with blueberry compote and lemon curd ($12).

HAVEN Kitchen

HAVEN Kitchen at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel will offer a hoppy Easter brunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Enjoy live entertainment as you dine on options from the seafood station, carving station, decadent dessert display and more, then head out to the Sculpture Garden for a festive egg hunt.
