Nature and Serenity

Looking for a break from the theme parks and attractions? Orlando has many places for you to take refuge and enjoy a day of nature & serenity.

MORNING

Explore Florida's natural environment at The Nature Conservancy's Disney Wilderness Reserve. Relax within this 12,000-acre (4,856-hectare) preserve located at the headwaters of the Everglades just south of the Disney area.
Cruise in a boat on a fishing excursion. Walt Disney World Fishing on Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoons takes you to all the lake's hot spots where the large-mouth bass practically jump on your boat.
If you prefer more action in your morning, head over to Revolution Off Road. An off road adventure park, set in 230 acres of Florida countryside, offers the opportunity to drive ATV's Clay shooting, Bass Fishing and more.

AFTERNOON

If you dabble in the arts of wine tasting, are a wine connoisseur, or just love a good glass of wine, you can enjoy an afternoon at the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards. Here you will take a guided tour of Florida's largest premium winery and enjoy a wine tasting in their extensive tasting room.
Take a tour through the marshes and wetlands and get an up-close and personal view of Florida's gators during an Air boat Tour at Wild Florida Air boats and Wildlife Park or hop aboard their Ranch Buggy Tour for a look at a working cattle operation that can trace its roots to the 1850's.

EVENING

Bask in the tradition of Polynesian alohas at Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show. Here, you'll experience custom dances from Tahiti, Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand and Hawaii while dining on the all-you-care-to-enjoy tropical feast featuring authentic Polynesian dishes.
