A Wakandan Fathers Day Gala is a charity event brought to you by non-profit organization Making Life Easy, Inc. The Gala is a prelude to the Juneteenth Festival of Arts which takes place the following day at neighboring Lake Lily in Maitland, Fl.
A Wakandan Father's Day Gala is the perfect way to show appreciation to your father or father figure for Fathers Day. Hosted by JoJo of 94.5.
We highly encourage fathers and sons to come out together and enjoy great dining, live entertainment, complimentary photography while learning more about African American heritage.
Come and mingle with the community and elected City and County officials.
We will have live music performances from The Beatdown Band of Tampa, Fl. African dancers and africa drummers will be present and performing.
Dress Codes: Dashiki's and Tuxedos
MEALS*: Each Gala ticket includes (1) Red Carpet photo (available online); (1) Full course meal with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages; and access to all Gala activities
