Abby Aldrich Rockefeller: The Woman in the Family by Bernice Kert
Abby Aldrich Rockefeller frugally collected modern art, even though her husband, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., couldn’t stand it. The book examines how she helped shaped the family to be culturally philanthropic and covers her efforts to establish the Museum of Modern Art.
