Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park
10 a.m. – Closing Times Vary
Disney storytellers share the tale of a freak snowstorm that hit Florida, whereupon the world’s most unique ski resort was built. When Florida’s normal sunny temperatures returned, the snowy ski lodge transformed into a watery wonderland, creating Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park at Walt Disney World® Resort in the process!

Accordingly, former ski slopes and toboggan runs can be enjoyed as slushy, downhill waterslides, while the chairlift transports swimmers and sliders instead of skiers. And despite the wintery setting, the water’s always warm at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.
Besides an imaginative setting, the park offers thrills and relaxation in equal measure. For the former, test your mettle on Summit Plummet and its near-vertical, 120-foot drop. More fast times await on the 90-foot Slush Gusher, the competitive Downhill Double Dipper and a trio of 350-foot slides at Snow Stormers. For the ultimate challenge, head to the top of Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park’s centerpiece, Mount Gushmore, for high-speed action at Runoff Rapids.
When you’re ready to slow down, take a 40-minute tour of the park’s 3,000-foot-long lazy river, Cross Country Creek, or chill out at Melt-Away Bay. And if you’re traveling with children, they’re sure to have a blast at Tike’s Peak and Ski Patrol Training Camp.
It all adds up to one of the world’s “coolest” water parks — literally! See below for more details, and experience Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park for yourself during your next visit to Orlando.
Base tickets start at $55.99 per day. You can customize your Disney experience with a ticket plan that works best for you, including Park Hopper®, Park Hopper® Plus and Florida resident options.

It was Santa’s genius idea to build a golf course for his off-duty elves. After all, everyone deserves a little leisure time. Play one of two themed, 18-hole miniature golf courses:
- Summer course is set amidst surfboards and sandcastles while guests encounter obstacles like peppermint-striped inner tubes and a melting snowman.
- Winter course is set in a snowy themed wonderland. Watch out for Squirty the Snowman; he sprays unsuspecting golfers.
