Urbain 40

Helmed by four-time James Beard Award nominee Chef Tim Keating, Urbain 40 offers a lineup of classic and contemporary American fare that now includes 23 new dish additions and changes for summer, including:

    • Shrimp Lo Mein with wild gulf shrimp, Asian vegetables and mushrooms mirin, miso, lemongrass and ginger emulsion.
    • Char-Crusted Angus Striploin with truffled French fries and sauce foyot.
    • Rock Shrimp & Cape Bay Scallop Ceviche "Cocktail" with radishes, cucumbers, palm hearts, peppadew peppers, citrus and tequila accents.

Canvas Restaurant & Market

Featuring American cuisine inspired by Florida's Southern and Latin American roots, Canvas Restaurant & Market offers a satisfying array of regional produce and fresh Florida seafood from Executive Chef Bryan Thoman. This is the perfect opportunity to try a taste of real Florida, with a new summer menu featuring a variety of spicy flavors, grilled entrees and even new summer cocktails, like:

    • Vanilla Bean Old Fashioned with house-made Madagascar vanilla bean and Valencia orange infused syrup, orange and Angostura bitters, and Bulleit bourbon.
    • Grilled Mexican Street Corn with tomatillo aioli, cotija cheese and lime.
    • Canvas Barbecue Burger with short rib, brisket, pulled pork, aged white cheddar, house-cured bacon, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, crispy onions, Canvas barbecue sauce and tomatillo aioli.
