See how Orlando is ringing in 2018.

The New Year is almost here, which means it's time to finalize your party plans for Dec. 31, 2017. Whether you're in town with kids or traveling with adults, you'll discover magical ways to ring in 2018 throughout Orlando. From the theme parks to downtown, here are six places to celebrate New Year's Eve in extraordinary style.

1. Walt Disney World Resort

Included with regular admission, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios will each have an all-ages countdown to midnight starring Disney's world-famous fireworks and other special features.

Additionally, Disney's Contemporary Resort is hosting the all-ages Pixar Party: A New Year's Celebration, as well as adults-only celebrations at Disney Countdown to Midnight and Down in New Orleans.

Finally, at Disney's Boardwalk Inn, adults can dance the night away at the Atlantic Dance Hall's throwback party. And at Disney Springs, The Edison will make its long-anticipated debut with a New Year's Eve soiree.

2. Universal Orlando Resort

At Universal Studios Florida, some of Universal Orlando's most popular characters will be singing and dancing from 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 31 until 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 1, with fireworks and confetti at midnight. The all-ages celebration is included with regular admission.

Adults also can opt for Universal Orlando's EVE at Universal CityWalk, which gives you access to six Universal CityWalk clubs, live bands, Orlando's biggest outdoor dance floor and unlimited gourmet cuisine. Finally, CityWalk's Hard Rock Cafe & Live Orlando is hosting an all-ages event with live music, food, and unlimited beverages for kids.

3. SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld is offering an all-ages musical celebration and fireworks display to ring in 2018, which is included with regular admission. Throughout the park, you'll find interactive DJ stations, as well as craft beer and delicious food.

4. LEGOLAND Florida Resort

LEGOLAND's Kids' New Year's Party will drop a giant Lego brick at 8 p.m., followed by the park's biggest fireworks show of the year. Included with regular admission, this event will also invite kids to participate in a scavenger hunt and a New-Year's-mosaic building activity.

5. International Drive

Close to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld, this entertainment, dining and nightlife district will be bustling with activity on New Year's Eve. For instance, Pointe Orlando will be hosting adult-oriented parties at numerous venues, including Blue Martini, Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and The Pub.

Several other I-Drive venues will be celebrating at midnight, including Harry's Poolside Bar & Grill, Howl at the Moon, Jack's Place, Tapa Toro Tapas Bar & Paella Pit and Taverna Opa. Also in the I-Drive area, Topgolf Orlando has two, all-ages party options that include unlimited golf game play.

6. Downtown Orlando

If you want to ring in the New Year like a local, head to downtown Orlando, where every bar and nightclub will have celebrations for adults. At the Wall St. Plaza complex, for example, you can bounce from one of seven member bars to another, including The Hen House, Hooch, Monkey Bar, Shine, Sideshow, Waitiki and Wall Street Cantina.

Just minutes away by foot, the historic Church Street District will drop the "Big Orange" at midnight. The party will also feature DJs and a video wall. And don't forget about downtown's vibrant dining scene while you're there.
