Recognizing that consumer confidence begins with trips to nearby destinations, Florida drive markets continue to be a crucial focus of our marketing, social media and publicity efforts, including the opportunities below. Additionally, as consumers seek trustworthy advice on when and where it’s safe to travel, the value of third-party endorsements is of vital importance.
Visit Orlando is keeping our destination top of mind through continual outreach to media and social influencers throughout the state to promote resident deals, enhanced safety measures and family-friendly adventures, with positive results such as this recent article in Tampa’s top parenting magazine.
Over the next few months, our publicity team will be hosting more than a dozen influencers and media outlets from several Florida cities, as well as Atlanta, New York, Houston and more. If your company is interested in participating, be sure you are signed up to receive our marketing leads for PR opportunities or email us for more information.
Share the Orlando Love!
As part of our focus on sharing positive third-party endorsements, our #LoveOrlando campaign continues to be a success on social media — and, as you’ll see in the tribute video above, our members have gotten behind it in a big way.
#LoveOrlando leverages our fans’ photos, videos and comments to show how visitors, in their own words, have been safely enjoying our destination over the past several months. The hashtag has already earned 17 million impressions and counting. You can help keep the momentum going by using this hashtag anytime you post about your love of all things Orlando.
