Tourism Help Hub
Last week, Visit Orlando launched a new webpage that includes a variety of resources for individuals and businesses. Along with links to financial relief efforts, food assistance, job opportunities and special offers for healthcare workers and first responders, the Tourism Help Hub provides access to Visit Orlando’s industry insights, consumer campaigns, webinars and other timely information.
Our priority is to make it as easy as possible for members of Orlando’s tourism industry and local businesses, along with our consumers, convention business groups and stakeholders, to receive the most updated information from our destination. While we are all navigating a unique situation at the present time, we look forward to sharing details and resources on how we, as a travel destination, plan to move forward. Ad Credits for Google Ads
Google is helping alleviate some of the cost for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to stay in touch with their customers during this challenging time by giving SMBs worldwide $340 million in ad credits, which can be used at any point until the end of 2020 across Google Ads platforms. SMBs who have been active advertisers since the beginning of 2019 may see a credit notification appear in their Google Ads account in the coming months. This is part of a larger commitment from Google to support SMBs during this global pandemic. Additional information can be found here.
