Visit Orlando has launched a new online Tourism Help Hub to connect the area’s many tourism-supported businesses and employees with resources, research, relief and revenue programs to navigate the evolving impact of COVID-19.

The new hub can be found at It identifies and aggregates the most valuable resources, FAQs and direct resource links for:

» Industry developments, tourism news and research.

» Relief resources, including a guide to the CARES Act with FAQs, information and direct links to apply for loan relief, new loans and the Paycheck Protection Program. Financial relief resources for both employers and individuals are also available, as well as employment opportunities and food assistance for those in need.

» Business opportunities for companies to drive revenue and awareness through Visit Orlando’s current marketing, publicity and social media initiatives. Webinars with industry, research and marketing experts are also included, as are industry discounts for healthcare employees and first responders.

As we all navigate the new reality caused by COVID-19, the tourism industry is being impacted and evolving at an accelerated pace. We recognize that our local business owners are consumed with many difficult day-to-day decisions. Our priority with this hub is to filter through the significant amounts of information and resources we are exposed to daily and help highlight what they most need to make it through this critical time and also prepare for our recovery.
