Amatista Cookhouse (GF): This restaurant at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort™ at Universal Orlando Resort has two gluten-free main courses. They include Half Rotisserie Chicken and Hand-Cut Angus Strip Steak.
Cafe Tu Tu Tango (V): At this art-inspired Spanish eatery on International Drive, vegetarians can dig into Pibil Style Cauliflower Tacos or Egg & Kimchi Tacos.
The Capital Grille — The Mall at Millenia (GF): Just 15 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort at The Mall at Millenia, this edition of the nationally famous restaurant has 8-oz. Filet Mignon, 14-oz. Bone-In Dry-Aged NY Strip, and Roasted Chicken as gluten-free options.
Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar (V/VG/GF): The Grilled Vegetable Paella at this Pointe Orlando restaurant is gluten-free and vegetarian- and vegan-friendly. For those who enjoy seafood but not gluten, opt for the Pez Cobia.
Earl’s Kitchen + Bar (GF): Located at The Mall at Millenia, this restaurant’s Half Rack of BBQ Ribs and 6-oz. Sirloin are both gluten-free.
Everglades (GF): Grilled Angus Filet, Tamarind Free-Range BBQ Chicken and Chilean Sea Bass are gluten-free entree choices at this restaurant, located at Rosen Centre Hotel.
Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse (GF): You’ll find no gluten in this restaurant’s all-you-can-eat, fire-roasted meats. They include picanha (prime top sirloin), alcatra (top sirloin), fraldinha (bottom sirloin), medalhoes com bacon (bacon-wrapped steak), cordeiro (lamb), lombo (pork), costela de porco (pork ribs), linguica (spicy pork sausage), picanha de porco (pork picanha) and frango (chicken).
Islands Dining Room (GF): Located at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando Resort, this tropical location has Korean Bulgogi Beef Ribeye Steak as a gluten-free main course.
Itta Benna (GF): At Pointe Orlando, this Southern eatery’s Salmon Filet is gluten-free.
Mama Della’s Ristorante (V/GF): Vegetarians can opt for Melanzana Napoli at this Lowes Portofino Bay Hotel restaurant at Universal Orlando Resort, and the Loup de Mer is gluten-free.
The Oceanaire Seafood Room (GF): This Pointe Orlando restaurant has two gluten-free entrees in 2019, including Pan-Seared New England Cod and Surf & Turf.
Sharks Underwater Grill (GF): Located at SeaWorld® Orlando, Sharks is offering Grilled Swordfish and Chicken Mushroom as gluten-free choices.
Shogun Japanese Steak House (GF): The Shogun Special and The Kaisen are gluten-free entrees at this restaurant, located inside the Rosen Inn closest to Universal Orlando Resort.
Tapa Toro Tapas Bar & Paella Pit (V/GF): The Eggplant Rotini at this ICON Park™ eatery is a gluten-free vegetarian dish. There’s also no gluten in the Short Rib.

Big Fin Seafood Kitchen (GF): The Shrimp Orleans and Surf & Turf are both gluten-free at this upscale-casual eatery.
Christini’s Ristorante Italiano (V/GF): Vegetarians can delight in this restaurant’s Pappardelle Bolognese when it’s ordered with marinara sauce instead of the standard meat sauce. For gluten-free dining, choose from Filet of Sole, Saltimbocca di Vitello or Ribeye.
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood (GF): All of this restaurant’s entrees are gluten-free. They include Chef’s Seasonal Fish, Norwegian Salmon, 8-oz. Center Cut Filet Mignon and Double Breast of Chicken.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar (GF): Diners who avoid gluten can choose from this eatery’s Petite Filet, Double Breast of Chicken and Barbecue Scottish Salmon.
Ocean Prime (GF): Gluten-free options here include Petite Filet Mignon, Teriyaki Salmon, Bone-In Chicken Breast and Slow-Braised Short Rib.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House — Orlando (GF): The 8-oz. Filet is gluten-free at this legendary eatery’s location on Restaurant Row, as well as its location in Lake Mary about 30 minutes north of downtown Orlando.
Seasons 52 (GF): Three of this longtime Restaurant Row member’s entrees are gluten-free. They include Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon, Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon and Pot-Roasted Basil Ricotta Chicken. Their location in Altamonte Springs, north of downtown Orlando, has the same options.
SLATE Restaurant (V/VG/GF): Vegetarians and vegans alike can look forward to this eatery’s Artichoke & Asparagus Risotto. It’s also gluten-free, as are the Pan-Seared Bronzini and Airline Chicken Breast.
Vines Grille & Wine Bar (V/GF): For vegetarians, this restaurant is serving Squid Ink Ravioli. Gluten-free diners can choose from 8-oz. Center Cut Filet Mignon, Faroe Island Salmon and Pan-Roasted Bell & Evans Airline Chicken Breast.

American Kitchen Bar & Grill (V): Found inside B Resort & Spa at Disney Springs®, this fresh-focused restaurant’s Cauliflower Curry is perfect for vegetarians.
Black Fire Brazilian Steakhouse (V/VG/GF): Minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort, this Brazilian steakhouse’s Gourmet Salad Bar is ideal for vegetarians and vegans, and it’s also gluten-free. The latter also applies to their All-You-Can-Eat Grilled Meats, including picanha (prime top sirloin), garlic picanha, prime rib, flank steak, filet mignon, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, chicken drumsticks, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, lamb chops, beef ribs, pork ribs, parmesan pork loin, Brazilian pork sausage and chicken hearts.
Cafe D’Antonio (GF): Head to Celebration, minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, for this restaurant’s gluten-free entrees, including Veal Marsala, 14-oz. Aged New York Strip Steak and Fresh Fish of the Day.
deep blu seafood grille (GF): The eatery’s Grilled Local Catch is gluten-free. They’re located at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek.
Eleven (GF): Head to the 11th floor of Reunion Resort for this restaurant’s gluten-free Seasoned Airline Chicken.
Hemingway’s (GF): Located at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, this eatery’s gluten-free entrees include Grilled Branzino and Lake Meadow Semi-Boneless Chicken.
Lakeside Bar and Grill (GF): A trio of gluten-free entrees await at this restaurant, located inside Bohemian Hotel Celebration. They include Bone-In Pork Chop, Florida Pink Shrimps and Beef Filet.
LetterPress (V): At this Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace eatery, vegetarians can enjoy Ancient Grains Vegetable Risotto.
Primo by Melissa Kelly (V): For Vegetable Lasagna from celebrity Chef Melissa Kelly, vegetarians should head to this restaurant at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, about 15 minutes north of Walt Disney World Resort.
Ravello (V/VG/GF): Vegans and vegetarians will want to head to Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort for this Italian restaurant’s Orecchiette. For a gluten-free dish, try their Pollo Saltimbocca.
STK (GF): This Disney Springs® eatery is serving gluten-free Pan-Seared Salmon.
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill (GF): New to Disney Springs in 2019, Puck’s latest venture has three gluten-free dishes. They include Pan-Roasted Half Chicken, Oven-Roasted Faroe Island Salmon and Braised Beef Short Ribs.

Artisan’s Table (GF): One of downtown Orlando’s most acclaimed restaurants has three gluten-free entrees, starting with Duck Duo. You can also choose from Pan-Seared Cobia and Garlic Butter Shrimp.
Bites & Bubbles (GF): Part of downtown Orlando’s Mills 50 district, this first-time participant is offering a gluten-free dish with its Chilled Seafood Platter, which includes shrimp, oysters, mussels, tuna tartar, seaweed salad and accoutrements.
The Boheme (GF): Beef Tenderloin, Mediterranean Salmon and Grilled Pork Chop provide a trio of gluten-free entrees at this restaurant inside downtown’s Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando.
