Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon® Water Park hosts the ultimate glow party during this summertime event, which is included with park admission. Starring Toy Story’s Rex and his pals, the celebration includes special lighting and entertainment, character greetings, a DJ dance party, an adult-exclusive bar area, and access to all attractions.

Select Nights Through Sept. 1: SeaWorld’s Electric Ocean

Once the sun goes down, nights come to life at SeaWorld Orlando during this summer-long party! Enjoy worlds of light and music filled with glowing sea creatures, live DJs and a fireworks spectacular, all included with park admission.

LGBTQ Events in Orlando for June

June 1: RED Shirt Pride Day

Dating back to 1991, this annual tradition invites members of the LGBTQ community and allies to wear a red shirt to Disney’s Magic Kingdom® Park on the first Saturday in June.

Through June 3: Girls in Wonderland

Catering to female members of the LGBTQ community, this counterpart to One Magical Weekend features parties, celebrity appearances and special performances.

Through June 3: One Magical Weekend

Boasting a roster of internationally renowned DJs and around-the-clock events, this world-famous LGBTQ pride and music festival is always held around the first weekend in June.

Through June 3: Tidal Wave Party

Timed to coincide with One Magical Weekend and Girls in Wonderland, this four-day festival actually features multiple parties, as well as water park events, live DJs, contests and more for men in the LGBTQ community.

June 12: Annual Pulse Memorial Ceremony

Hosted by the onePULSE Foundation, this public ceremony honors the 49 angels, the survivors and the first responders of the Pulse tragedy. It’s scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. at the Pulse Interim Memorial, which is on the site of the former Pulse nightclub near downtown Orlando.

Foodie Events in Orlando for June

June 1-30: Bourbon Fest

Head to House of Blues at Disney Springs for this tribute to Kentucky’s popular spirit, featuring cocktail specials, bourbon flights and unique events. Highlights are set to include a National Bourbon Day celebration (June 14), a Smokehouse Smokeout with food and drink specials (June 15), and the Father’s Day Blues & Bourbon Brunch (June 16). The event is free and open to the public, with beverages and food being available at additional cost.

June 8-9: Summerfest Grape Stomp 2019

Held at Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards in Clermont, about 35 minutes west of downtown Orlando, this event features live music, arts and crafts, free tours and tastings, plenty of free parking, and — of course — grape-stomping! Food and beverages will also be available for purchase. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children.

June 14: Harry’s Sip & Savor Pairing Series

Hosted by Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill at Rosen Centre Hotel, June’s edition of this quarterly series will feature a gourmet menu paired with signature spirits and cocktails featuring Avión Tequila, Absolut Vodka and Malibu Rum. It’s priced at $60 per person.

June 22: Local Brews Local Grooves

Also hosted by House of Blues at Disney Springs, this event will spotlight18 Florida breweries and live music. Besides getting the chance to sample the featured brews, you’ll be able to talk to the brewers and hear from brewing experts. Admission costs $11, 4-oz. sample tickets are $3 each, and the $50 VIP package includes two admission tickets, 10 sample tickets and two food vouchers.

Cultural Events in Orlando for June

June 1: Pentatonix — The World Tour

The three-time Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling Pentatonix comes to downtown Orlando’s Amway Center with Rachel Platten as their special guest. Tickets for the show start at $26.50.

June 6: The Orlando Museum of Art’s 1st Thursdays — Indigenous Futurism

On the first Thursday of each month, discover local artists, listen to live music and mingle with an eclectic mix of people at the Orlando Museum of Art, located in Loch Haven Park about 10 minutes from downtown Orlando. Free for museum members and $15 for visitors, this edition will focus on the origins and future of indigenous and tribal art.

June 7: Movies at Leu Gardens Featuring ‘A Quiet Place’

Every month from February through June and August through December, weather permitting, Harry P. Leu Gardens hosts a current or classic film on their 32-foot, outdoor screen, with A Quiet Place taking the spotlight in June. Grilled food, popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase, and you’re welcome to bring your own seating, snacks and beverages (including alcohol). Admission is free for Leu Gardens members. For non-members, it’s $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 4-17, and free for kids under 4.

More Events in Orlando for June

Select Dates Through June 23: Mermaids at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium

Come face-to-fin with real-life mermaids at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium., part of the entertainment, dining and shopping lineup at ICON Park. Every Friday through Sunday, mermaids will dive into the ocean habitat alongside stingrays, sharks and other aquatic marvels, mesmerizing guests with their underwater feats. You can also meet a mermaid on land from 12-6 p.m. on event days.

Through June 2: The Villages Balloon Festival

Featuring more than 30 hot air balloons, this event offers three days and nights of ballooning and entertainment. Tethered, five-minute balloon rides will be available at an additional cost, and longer rides can be booked directly with individual pilots. (However, balloon activities are weather dependent.) You can also look forward to gourmet food trucks, wine and beer vendors, a Kids Zone with games and activities, and on June 1 only, a special appearance by miniature horses. Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for guests ages 10-18, and free for children under 10.

Various Dates in June: Concerts at Tin Roof

Tin Roof at ICON Park will host numerous concerts in June. Unless otherwise noted, all require paid admission: Matchbox 2.0 & Allison Road (Matchbook 20 tribute band; June 8), Supervillains Band & Green Room Opening (June 9; free), Cougar Sweat (June 13), Back to Back to Black (Amy Winehouse tribute featuring Remember Jones; June 15), Peter Alden Father's Day Brunch (June 16; complimentary for diners), Run Raquel (June 20), Frank Foster (June 21), and Love & Theft (June 27).

Accompanied by a 12-piece orchestra, soul sensation Remember Jones will perform the entirety of Amy Winehouse's Back to Black album at , located at ICON Park. Tickets are $12. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
