See what Emeril Lagasse was enjoyed in Orlando.

If touring Orlando with a celebrity chef is your dream, then BAM!, you're in luck! A new season of Emeril's Florida with celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse has kicked off on the Cooking Channel and Food Network in the U.S., featuring all-new dining in Orlando. In the premiere episode, Emeril takes his tastes buds for a thrill ride with some of the top chefs in the theme park capital of the world.

Emeril's Florida, featuring food and dining around the state of Florida, regularly showcases the thriving dining scene, along with his own two restaurants Emeril's and Emeril's Tchoup Chop, formerly at Universal CityWalk. And Visit Orlando has a behind-the-scenes taste of this new show.

At Walt Disney World Resort, Iron Chef Morimoto shows Emeril how he's "kicking it up a notch" with his new Morimoto Asia restaurant at Disney Springs. They sample some creations including Morimoto's own brand of beer.

In search of Southern comfort food, Emeril meets up with 4Rivers Smokehouse owner John Rivers at his newest restaurant, THE COOP in Winter Park. Emeril learns about the explosion of 4Rivers barbecue across Florida and then serves up some fine Southern dining to a few lucky guests.

Emeril learns a new twist on farm fresh at one of Orlando's resort hotels, JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, where Chef Melissa Kelly, a leader in the farm-to-table movement, has created a small farm on the property to grow ingredients for her restaurant, Primo.

Orlando will also be featured in several other episodes throughout the season, including a rustic Italian restaurant in Winter Park called Prato with Chef Brandon McGlamery.
