Eat Like Emeril

Emeril's Florida, featuring food and dining around the state of Florida, regularly showcases the thriving dining scene. And Visit Orlando has a behind-the-scenes taste of this new show.

At Walt Disney World® Resort, Iron Chef Morimoto shows Emeril how he's "kicking it up a notch" with his new Morimoto Asia restaurant at Disney Springs®. They sample some creations including Morimoto's own brand of beer.

In search of Southern comfort food, Emeril meets up with 4 Rivers Smokehouse owner John Rivers. Emeril learns about the explosion of 4 Rivers barbecue across Florida and then serves up some fine Southern dining to a few lucky guests. 4 Rivers has locations in East Orlando, Kissimmee, Longwood, SODO, Winter Garden and Winter Park, as well as the 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck at Disney Springs.

Emeril learns a new twist on farm fresh at one of Orlando's resort hotels, JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, where Chef Melissa Kelly, a leader in the farm-to-table movement, has created a small farm on the property to grow ingredients for her MICHELIN Recommended restaurant, Primo.
