In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, Orlando has plenty of hotel rooms and FEMA assistance is available for eligible travelers.

In Orlando, safety is our highest priority. As the No. 1 travel destination in the United States, our region has a high level of advance preparedness for hurricanes and a post-storm dedication to quickly resuming operations. Due to these factors, we historically experience minimal disruptions to business after intense weather. We also have an extraordinary infrastructure of public and private entities working together to resume the region’s operations quickly and safely for residents and visitors alike.

As a result, hotels are open and rooms are available throughout the Orlando area following Hurricane Ian. What’s more, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will pay the cost for eligible displaced travelers to stay in certain lodging providers for a limited period. Read on for details, and check back often for the latest updates.
