Under the supervision of Chef David Didzunas, this restaurant serves many dishes that were loved by its namesake author, Ernest Hemmingway, as well as one of “Papa’s” favorite libations, the Papa Doble. What’s more, this area provides a front-row view of the restaurant’s live music, which is available Thursdays through Saturdays starting at 6 p.m. nightly.

As its name implies, Ocean Prime is best known for seafood, including a Shellfish “Cobb” Salad, “Smoking” Shellfish Tower, sushi, fresh catches, lobster and more. However, they’ve also been named one of the city’s best steakhouses by the Orlando Sentinel, and their wine selection has been honored by Wine Spectator.
