A trip to Orlando is always a special occasion — and VIP experiences at our theme parks can make your visit even better. Backstage tours, front-of-line access and hands-on animal encounters are some of the many ways the parks will make you feel like a star, including these popular packages!

VIP Experiences at Walt Disney World Resort

Walt Disney World Resort's Orlando theme parks offer numerous VIP experiences. For starters, The Ultimate Day of Thrills VIP Tour is a seven-hour voyage through some of the most popular attractions at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios — minus the lines — and lunch is included.

If you're primarily interested in the Magic Kingdom or traveling with smaller children, the Ultimate Disney Classics VIP Tour is for you. It consists of a four-hour dash through eight iconic, mostly kid-friendly rides, including It's a Small World, Mad Tea Party and Dumbo the Flying Elephant, but parents with very young children will want to note that Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise are also part of the package.

Also running four hours, the Ultimate Nights of Adventure VIP Tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom provides immediate access to that park's top attractions, including both rides at Pandora — The World of Avatar, as well as a special viewing area for the nighttime Rivers of Light spectacular.

If money is no object, treat yourself to the ultimate Disney adventure with a Private VIP Tour. In addition to having the services of a dedicated VIP Guide, you and up to nine other guests will get to experience everything you want to do at all of Disney's theme parks, with quick (and even repeated) access to your favorite rides.

Disney's Private VIP Tours boast a flexible start time selected by you, and they don't end until you're ready to call it a day or the park closes, whichever comes first. You'll also get complimentary transportation to and from your place of lodging, fascinating insights from your VIP Guide, and access to VIP viewing areas for parades, nighttime fireworks and select live shows, among other features.

Finally, if you're interested in seeing Disney from a truly unique perspective, book a Backstage Magic tour. The seven-hour adventure will take you behind the scenes at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom — including the latter's legendary underground tunnels — and includes a barbecue lunch at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

Disney has several other VIP experiences and special tours. Keep in mind, though, that tours are available as extras and do not include regular park admission.

VIP Experiences at Universal Orlando ® Resort

Universal Orlando Resort has two main VIP Experiences, both of which require regular admission to selected parks. First, the standard VIP Experience will pair you with other guests for a group of up to 12. You can also choose from Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure or a combination of the two.

You'll get priority, front-of-the-line access to your group's selected attractions. You'll also enjoy behind-the-scenes experiences, complimentary valet parking, and breakfast and lunch from one of Universal Orlando Resort's quick-service restaurants. The VIP Experience generally last between five and seven hours.

If you'd prefer to go it alone, upgrade to a Private VIP Experience. In addition to the standard tour's features, you'll be able to customize your itinerary, and you'll get complimentary breakfast and lunch at a full-service Universal Orlando Resort eatery.

Also at Universal Orlando Resort, Halloween Horror Nights brings scare-riffic tour opportunities, including the Behind-the-Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour and the Halloween Horror Nights R.I.P. Tour, with the latter offering a private option. Held during daytime hours, the Unmasking Tour takes you behind the scenes at up to six haunted houses, while the R.I.P. Tour provides unlimited priority entry to all houses and participating attractions.

VIP Experiences at SeaWorld Orlando

There's no better way to experience SeaWorld Orlando than a Private VIP Tour. Lasting four hours, these guided tours include the park's Quick Queue Unlimited program, reserved seating at one signature show, preferred parking, expedited park entry, and personal experiences with dolphins, penguins and other sea life, plus additional features.

If four hours isn't enough time for you, upgrade to the Elite or Ultimate VIP Tours, which offer six- and eight-hour guided tours, respectively, plus other upgrades. All three VIP Tours require regular park admission.

Animal-lovers will also be interested in the park's Animal Experiences. These affordably priced add-ons will get you close to some of SeaWorld's most amazing residents without having to commit to a guided tour.

VIP Experiences at LEGOLAND Florida Resort

It's all about the bricks at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, which is possibly why their VIP Experiences are offered in Red Brick, Silver Brick and Gold Brick packages. In addition to single-day admission to the park, all three include a personal VIP Host, priority access to rides and attractions, reserved seating at shows, and an exclusive tour of the park's model shop, among other extras.

The Silver Brick package throws in valet parking and refreshments, and Gold Brick guests get lunch, all-day refreshments, a VIP gift bag, a Q&A session with a Master Model Builder and a building session with a take-home build. LEGOLAND Florida's Red Brick experience lasts four hours, and the Silver and Gold Brick versions are seven hours each.
