Wine, dine and ride your favorite rides at SeaWorld Orlando's all-new festival. Dive into a fun-filled day with a diverse concert line up, international foods, craft brews and more. We've got the scoop on 7 must-sees as you set sail on this all-new adventure running daily and concerts on Saturdays from February 11 through May 13, 2017. Your sampling lanyard includes options to sample from more than 55 craft brews and 60+ unique eats.

1. Good Eats

Sample from 11 international food markets stationed throughout the entire park. Enjoy a teaser of our favorite three must-try dishes from the Brazil, Florida and Korean markets. Left: The Brazilian market's Salpicao Brazilian Chicken Salad -- Chicken, Ham, Raisins, Carrots, Apples and Olives Topped with Shoestring Potatoes. Middle: The Florida market's Shrimp Mac & Cheese -- Sustainable Local Shrimp, Bacon Bits and Green Onions. Right: Mexican market's Skewered & Grilled Corn on the Cob with Cheese.

2. Dessert Time

Mouthwatering desserts await your taste buds. Here are two of our favorites: The Asian Market's Toffee Banana -- Skewered Crunchy Battered Banana, Sesame Seed Candy Glaze with Vanilla Ice Cream and The Korean Market's Bingsu Salted Vanilla Ice Cream Topped with Caramel Popcorn.

3. Bottoms Up

Find a little something for everyone from beer to wine and delicious non-alcoholic options galore. Gain access to a wide variety of wine and specialty cocktails, along with over 55 local and international craft brews to choose from. A must-sip is the Asian Market's Sparkling Pear (Non-Alcoholic) -- House Made with Pear Nectar, Ginger Ale, Simple Syrup and Lemon. Venture over to the wine tasting booth and snag a keepsake wineglass of your choice.

4. Music to My Ears

Big-name entertainment hit the stage every Saturday including Styx, ZZ Top and Phillip Phillps. Visit SeaWorld Orlando's website to check out the entire line up. Concerts are included in your park ticket, however, there are options for special reserved seating at Bayside Stadium.

5. Unique Local Artisans

What's a festival without a little sprinkling of creativity? Scattered around the park you can discover local artists creating jewelry or painting masterpieces. This is your chance to take home a bit of Orlando or find that perfect gift for when you return home.

6. Cool Cars

Continuing the tradition of partnering with the USO of Central Florida, the celebration also salutes America's military with the Florida Cool Cars display. Also not-to-miss is the Harley-Davidson bike display for a perfect selfie! #SevenSeas

7. Rollercoaster Time

Not a festival feature, but worth checking out on any visit, is SeaWorld Orlando's newest rollercoaster, Mako. This hyper-speed experience is Orlando's longest, tallest and fastest inspired by the Mako shark that swims at speeds up to 80 mph while hunting! Ride it if you dare!
