10 New Tastes at the 2016 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

This year, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is getting a whole lot tastier. The annual event, from March 02 - May 30, 2016, that brings in spring in Orlando, while making your home landscaping pale in comparison with the likes of giant Minnie and Pluto topiaries, is serving up even more flavorful flare with new dishes and expended "Outdoor Kitchens."

A recent Tables in Wonderland* event previewed tastes from the festival and we've included 10 dishes not to be missed. Don't let your friends and family be the first to post food photos from the festival on their Facebook and Instagram.

#1. The new Cider House is offering a fresh spin on tastes from the United Kingdom and is serving a House-made Potato and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare.

The most anticipated beverage being served at the festival is the "The Snakebite." Its Cigar City Brewing Tampa-Style Lager mixed with McKenzie's Black Cherry Hard Cider.

#2. France is serving everyone's favorite Large Rasberry Macaron with Chocolate Fudge and Raspberry Jam

#3. The new La Isla Fresca is celebrating Caribbean flavors with their Jerk-spice Chicken with Mango Salsa Chayote and Green Papaya Slaw with Lime-Cilantro Vinaigrette.

#4. The Currywurst with Paprika Chips makes its festival debut at the Bauernmarkt: Farmer's Market.

#5. Also new to this kitchen and sure to be a hit is the Arme Ritter, an Egg Battered Toast topped with Cherry Compote and Powdered Sugar.

#6. New at Urban Farm EATS is the Seared Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Ragoût, Spring Vegetables and Marble Potatoes.

#7. A serious crowd pleaser is returning to Urban Farm Eats - the Watermelon Salad with Pickled Onions, B&W Gourmet Farms Baby Arugula, Feta and Balsamic Reduction.

#8. Italy is serving a brand new dish called the Mezze Luna Primavera Ravioli. Its Egg Pasta stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach covered with a Cream Sauce, Spring Vegetables and Pecorino Cheese.

#9. A brand new dessert is also being served at Italy - the Cremoso al Pistachio which is Pistachio Cream, Strawberries and Mascarpone Cream.

#10. Florida farms really deliver with the Fresh Florida Larder Board featuring Orlando-made Ricotta Cheese, Cahaba Farms Micro Onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic, Country Pâté and House-made Pickles.

Wash it down with a refreshing Watermelon Cucumber Slush served with or without Hendrick's Gin.
