See who's dreaming up menu items for Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs in Orlando.

Any way you slice it, dining in Orlando is "Shut the front door," "Off the hook!" delicious, and soon, celebrity chef Guy Fieri will be bringing his banging food style to town with the opening of the Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs® late this fall. The recently announced menu brings back some of Planet Hollywood's classics while introducing some new, over-the-top dishes.

The restaurant, a fixture at Walt Disney World® Resort for more than 20 years, is undergoing a complete overhaul from the building to its menu. The new lineup combines classics from the previous menu with a bevy of new dishes, including six savory options created by Fieri. Out-of-this world desserts round out the offerings.

In the words of Fieri, "We're riding the bus to Flavortown!"

Returning classics include World Famous Chicken Crunch with Creole mustard sauce, whimsically presented in a chicken-shaped dish.

Other returning favorites include Nachos Grande, L.A. Lasagna and the High Roller Platter, a sampler including many Planet Hollywood favorites.

Fans of Fieri will be eager to try his lineup of "Big Bite Burgers" and "Knuckle Sandwiches." Sample the Bacon Mac-N-Cheese: applewood smoked bacon, macaroni and cheese, onion straws, and more.

Or indulge in The Mayor of Flavortown: pastrami, swiss cheese, caraway slaw and Fieri's signature Donkey Sauce. The Prime Time American Kobe Burger offers a combination of American-style Kobe beef, smoked gouda and cheddar cheese, onion jam, and fried onion straws.

Vegetarians have Fieri-created options as well. Sample Morgan's Veggie, a from-scratch meatless burger made from black and white beans, chickpeas, and oats, and topped with roasted red pepper and cilantro aioli. Diners can also opt for Pimento Grilled Cheese: a fusion of mac-n-cheese and grilled cheese.

Eight new Specialty Offerings give guests even more options. Lobster Feast Fra Diavolo, a spicy pasta dish served inside a lobster shell, is memorable for sure. Seafood lovers can also enjoy Sesame Ginger Salmon. Or indulge in a Bone-In NY Strip, a 20-ounce steak meant for sharing. For something truly special, add a whole steamed lobster to steak and chop selections for surf and turf.

Guests looking for lighter options aren't left out in the dark, however. Five salad options include an on-trend Citrus Kale Salad, featuring a combo of kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, feta, grapefruit, oranges, cranberries, sunflower seeds and agave dressing.

But don't forget dessert! Hand-Dipped Shakes with myriad toppings will prove tempting. And with flavors like Chocolate Comet and Strawberry Borealis, how can you resist?

The Cosmic Cream Challenge gives guest the chance to sample 12 different house-made ice creams and sorbets in a blind tasting. And Planet Melt Down offers an interactive element, as the dessert's hardshell chocolate dome is melted table side to reveal double chocolate fudge cake, strawberries and whipped cream.

Guests can also stop by the completely new Stargazers Lounge, where they'll find Florida craft beers, hand crafted cocktails and gigantic thirst quenchers served in souvenir glasses.
