A new hotel is coming to Universal Orlando Resort in 2018.

Visitors who are seeking a combination of affordability and luxury will be ecstatic to learn of another great option in the diverse list of places to stay in Orlando. Universal Orlando Resort and Loews Hotels and Resorts have announced the opening of Universal's Aventura Hotel. Scheduled to debut during the summer of 2018, it promises to be a destination like no other.

Soaring 16 stories above Universal Orlando Resort, Aventura Hotel will offer a modern, sophisticated experience with a moderate price point to fit any budget. The hotel will feature 600 rooms plus an additional 13 kids' suites — perfect for the whole family. Rooms and suites provide an excellent sanctuary from the excitement of the parks, with modern finishes that emphasize calming, natural colors, and plenty of light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

With modern flair to spare, the hotel will also capitalize on some of today's hottest trends in dining. A rooftop bar and grill will be the first of its kind at Universal Orlando Resort, offering guests a menu of small plates and craft cocktails to enjoy as they take in the view. Aventura will also include a food hall showcasing five distinct cuisine options for hungry guests. Located conveniently off the hotel's lobby, it promises to be the perfect place to dine throughout the day.

Recreation and leisure also take a front seat here. The hotel's fitness center will offer the latest facilities for staying in shape during business or leisure travel. When it's time to unwind, guests can grab a lounge chair and enjoy some sun at the hotel's pool, or watch while the kids play in a lively splash pad area. Visitors looking to relax can also take advantage of a soak in the hot tub or enjoy time around the fire pit as evening falls.

Conveniently located adjacent to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, the hotel will be within walking distance of Universal Studios Florida, Universal Island of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay, which opens next year. In addition, Universal CityWalk is accessible via walkways or shuttle. And of course, guests will have access to early theme park admission as well as other resort amenities.

Reservations for Universal's Aventura Hotel will open in early 2017.
