From high-octane attractions, to collections of priceless works of art, to rare objects you must see to believe, here are some killer ways to enjoy Orlando on any budget — with an emphasis on enjoy.

Orlando Activities for $20 or Less Per Person

1. Andretti Indoor Karting & Games: Featuring multi-level indoor karting on International Drive, this venue also has bowling, a ropes course, laser tag, games, gourmet food, two bars and more. Pricing for adults is $19.95 with membership ($21.95 for non-members), and all other activities are well under $20.

2. Bok Tower Gardens: Nestled among 50 acres of picturesque gardens about an hour south of Walt Disney World Resort, this national historic landmark is home to the 205-foot Singing Tower, which boasts a 60-bell carillon that rings twice daily. Adult tickets are $20 and child tickets are $10.

3. Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens: See more than 500 animals, including rare and endangered species, as well as 23 acres of gardens in Sanford, about 25 minutes from downtown Orlando. Admission is $19.50 for adults, $15.95 for seniors, $13.75 for children ages 3-12, and free for kids 2 and under.

4. Crayola Experience: Located at The Florida Mall, this two-story, 70,000-square-foot family attraction provides a full day of creative, colorful fun. It features 26 hands-on activities, including drip art and a color playground. When purchased from Visit Orlando, tickets are just $18.95 each.

5. I-Drive NASCAR: On International Drive, race state-of-the-art karts at this indoor attraction, which also boasts an arcade, bowling, pool tables, and a full bar and restaurant. When purchased online, races are $18.99 for adults and $16.99 for children under 16, who must be at least 55 inches tall.

6. Orlando Science Center: About 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, this hands-on science museum has educational exhibits, planetarium shows, giant-screen films and more. Admission is $19.95 for adults, and $17.95 for seniors and students, $13.95 for kids ages 3-11, and free for children under 3.

7. Ripley's Believe It or Not!: Interactive exhibits and artifacts can be found in this International Drive attraction that celebrates oddities from around the world. When tickets are purchased through their website, admission is $16.99 for adults and $11.99 for children 3-11, with kids 2 and under free.

8. Orlando Museum of Art: Besides showcasing local, national and international works of art, the museum has two discovery centers for children. Admission for adults is $15, $8 for seniors, and $5 for ages 4-17. Kids under 3 are free, as are active and retired military personnel.

9. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf: Putt your way through mountain caves, over footbridges and under waterfalls on two 18-hole, pirate-themed courses on International Drive. Courses are $13.50 for adults and $11.95 for kids when played separately, and replays can be enjoyed for $9.50.

10. SAK Comedy Lab: On select nights, laugh at improvisational comedy sketches, scenes and songs in downtown Orlando. You can even be an active participant in the fun! Tickets range from $5 to $15, and some shows grant free admission if you have a ticket from a previous SAK event.

11. Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour: The waterfront mansions you'll see cost considerably more than the narrated tour itself, which is $14 for adults and $7 for children ages 2-11. You'll also witness the waterways and natural scenery of this charming city about 25 minutes from downtown Orlando.

12. Bronze Kingdom African Art Gallery: With more than 2,000 pieces, this gallery near downtown Orlando features the largest collection of rare African bronze sculptures in the world, plus beaded and wood sculptures. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12.

13. The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art: You won't find a larger collection of Louis Comfort Tiffany's glass artwork than at this museum. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and $1 for students, while kids under 11 enjoy free admission. They're located in Winter Park.

14. Harry P. Leu Gardens: About 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, enjoy three miles of paved, scenic walkways through luscious gardens, a butterfly garden and a house museum that dates back to the 1880s. Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 4-17, and free for children 4 and under.

15. Kings Dining & Entertainment: Bowl, eat and lounge in a comfortable, fun environment that also features billiards tables, an outdoor bocce ball court and other entertainment options. Bowling rates, which are per person per game, max out at $10 during peak weekend hours.

16. Orange County Regional History Center: At this Smithsonian Institution affiliate in downtown Orlando, explore 12,000 years of Central Florida history through a variety of exhibits and programs. Pricing is $8 for adults; $7 for seniors, students and military; $6 for kids 5-12; and free for kids under 5.

17. West Orange Trail Bikes & Blades: With fees starting at $7 per hour, you can explore Central Florida's scenic trails by bicycles on an hourly, daily and weekly basis. Hotel delivery and group tours are available at an additional cost.

18. WhirlyDome: This is the home of WhirlyBall, the world's first totally mechanized team sport that uses elements of bumper cars, basketball, jai alai and hockey. Laser tag and an arcade are also available, and all entertainment options are $8 or less.

19. Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens: Discover the works of this Winter Park museum's namesake artist, who was one of the most prominent sculptors of the 20th century. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, $3 for students ages 12 through college, and free for children ages 11 and under.

20. The Mennello Museum of American Art: Close to downtown Orlando, view artwork by artist Earl Cunningham and contemporary American folk art. Entry is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $1 for ages 6-17. Admission is free for kids under 6, as well as active and retired military personnel and their families.
