Vice President of Global Marketing
Toni Caracciolo is a marketing, sales and brand management professional who serves as the vice president of marketing at Visit Orlando. Her responsibilities include leadership in global marketing to drive destination visitation by creating and developing fully branded and integrated consumer marketing campaigns complemented by promotional programs.
Caracciolo oversees the consumer and convention marketing departments, as well as the marketing efforts for the travel industry sales team. In addition, she guides the theme park and attraction ticket sales program.
Prior to joining Visit Orlando in August 2016, Caracciolo worked in several leadership and executive roles with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment including vice president of marketing and sales for the three Orlando theme parks. She has also served in public relations, and as director of event services; brand manager for SeaWorld Parks in Orlando, San Diego, and San Antonio; senior director of marketing for Discovery Cove and Aquatica; as well as vice president of global brand management.
Caracciolo also has experience working in the hotel business as she has worked at resorts with Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels Group.
Caracciolo has served on the executive board of directors for Harbor House of Central Florida and has previously served on the board of directors for Visit Florida and Ronald McDonald House Charities. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Central Florida.
