We serve prime beef that has dry-aged for 21 to 28 days, grass-fed filets, fresh local seafood and organic produce. You can also enjoy over 20 wines by the glass, cocktails made from scratch and unique desserts prepared on-site daily.

Chef Kevin Spencer brings his personal interest in art and his passion for food to the open kitchen to create interesting and creative combinations. His goal is to produce experiences that are both fun and delicious.

The Orlando Sentinel named Spencer's for Steaks and Chops their Critic's Choice for "Best Hotel Restaurant" in the 2011 Foodie Awards.
