The Central Florida Pork & Wings BBQ Bash and Competition features teams competing for winning titles such as "Best Overall Taste" in various categories like wings, ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket and chicken. There will also be cooking demonstrations, a marketplace featuring the latest grills and accessories, live entertainment, a sports tent, a kids zone, dance instruction and giveaways.
