Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chop at SeaWorld's Seven Seas Food Festival
At this year's edition, you'll find 12 International Markets throughout the park. Market options include All-American, Asian, Brazilian, Caribbean, Florida, German, Gulf Coast, Mediterranean, Mexican, North Atlantic, Pacific Coast and Polynesian.
Smokehouse 3 Meat Combo at SeaWorld's Seven Seas Food Festival
From Feb. 17 through Mar. 25, barbecue joins the food lineup! Dishes are slated to include a Smokehouse Colossal BBQ Sandwich, Pulled Pork Egg Roll and even a Southern Waffle Sundae, topped with baked beans, cheese, onion strings and a choice of pulled short rib or buffalo chicken.
Mofongo With Carne Frita at SeaWorld's Seven Seas Food Festival
Similar to barbecue's limited run, markets featuring Latin-inspired dishes will be available from Mar. 31 through Apr. 15. You'll be able to enjoy everything from traditional dishes, such as Mofongo with Carne Frita, to innovative offerings like Empanadilla de Pizza.
Bingsu Salted Vanilla Ice Cream at SeaWorld's Seven Seas Food Festival
Save room for dessert — and a lot of it. Some standouts we're most looking forward to include Dark Chocolate Guinness Mousse Parfait (Mediterranean Market), Bingsu Salted Vanilla Ice Cream (topped with caramel popcorn; Asian Market) and Papaya Candy (Caribbean Market).
Enjoy Craft Beer, Wine and Other Beverages at SeaWorld's Seven Seas Food Festival
In addition to food, the Seven Seas Food Festival features craft beer, wine and nonalcoholic options galore. One of the tastiest in the latter category is the Asian Market's Sparkling Pear, a house-made concoction with pear nectar, ginger ale, simple syrup and lemon.
Bayside Stadium at SeaWorld Orlando
Every Saturday and Sunday throughout the festival's run, you can enjoy live performances from top country, rock and Latin music stars at the park's Bayside Stadium. Details of this year's lineup, which will feature 18 musicians in all, are expected soon.
Kraken Unleashed at SeaWorld Orlando
If you haven't visited SeaWorld in a while, you'll find some new thrills waiting for you. First, the Kraken roller coaster has gotten a virtual-reality upgrade to become Kraken Unlashed, taking you on a deep-sea mission alongside creatures inspired by extinct and legendary beasts of the past. Also, the Dolphin Nursery has also been enhanced with larger viewing windows and more levels.
In addition to the main theme park, SeaWorld is home to Aquatica, SeaWorld's Waterpark, as well as Discovery Cove, an all-inclusive day resort where you can swim with dolphins among other aquatic adventures.
