STK is now open at Disney Springs in Orlando.

STK, Orlando's newest and swankiest steakhouse, has officially opened at Walt Disney World® Resort's newly rebranded entertainment complex, Disney Springs®. The highly anticipated restaurant offers a modern and stylish dining experience in Orlando with two floors of seating and an outdoor terrace overlooking the new Town Center. Menu classics were sampled at an opening night celebration offering a first look at STK in Orlando.

The interior design of the restaurant is set for a trendy dining experience with a high-energy flare in the menu and atmosphere, including an in-house DJ.

The celebration atmosphere continues on the rooftop with an expansive patio offering skyline views of the newest neighborhood to open at Disney Springs, the Town Center.

Our favorite bite of the night was the small but tasty wagyu beef slider. It is regularly served as the Lil' BRGs appetizer.

A perfect pairing for any of STK's grilled meats is the Sweet Corn Pudding. This fan fave was a hit taste for the night.

There's no better way to kick start your visit than with the Tuna Tartare appetizer. This dish is served with avocado, soy honey emulsion and taro chip.

STK is officially open for dinner and will add lunch service on May 31, 2016.
