See what STK at Disney Springs in Orlando is cooking up for fall 2016.

Just in time for autumn 2016, an all-new lineup of fall flavors is being served up at STK Orlando — the swank steakhouse at Disney Springs® in Orlando. As fall fun breaks the Florida heat, the newly expanded shopping, dining, and entertainment district at Walt Disney World® Resort is embracing the change in season as some Orlando's most celebrated chefs introduce their fall menus.

The modern, upscale STK is known for great steaks, but visitors will quickly see that there's a lot more to the menu than just red meat. While the rich flavors of fall are certainly in play here, STK Orlando's Executive Chef James O'Donnell is also committed to building a menu around Florida seasonal flavors.

Here are five of our favorites you won't want to miss.

Burrata

A hearty serving of mild and creamy burrata cheese is the star of this starter. While the cheese takes center stage, a salad of local heirloom tomatoes, arugula pesto and Kalamata olive croutons complements the rich dish nicely.

Seared Sea Scallops

Chef O'Donnell takes sea scallops to another dimension, as he artfully pairs the buttery texture of the scallops with short rib jam and barley risotto. A red wine sauce finishes the plate for an unexpected rendition of surf meets turf. Don't miss this one.

Florida Grouper

Leaving the lighter flavors of summer behind, the grilled Florida grouper is topped with black mussels, chorizo and aged sherry vinegar. The satisfying dish is sure to please seafood lovers.

Spiced Rubbed Rack of Lamb

For a truly indulgent experience, check out the spice rubbed rack of lamb. Sweet and savory Mediterranean spices complement the lamb perfectly. Silky sweet potato puree and shaved apple echo flavors of fall, and the date chutney provides depth and a tangy counterpoint.

Apple Crumb Cake

Looking for a sweet ending to your meal? Look no further than STK's fall dessert offering. Paired with dulce de leche ice cream and caramel sauce, the treat is big enough to share — if you want to!

Of course, there are plenty of other places at Disney Springs to experience the flavors of fall. Check out special seasonal offerings at Amorette's Patisserie, Sprinkles Cupcakes, D-Luxe Burger and more. For an indulgent start to your day, Morimoto Asia has just launched a new Dim Sum Brunch on weekends.

Later this year, Paddlefish (previously Fulton's Crab House) will debut with a modern, sleek facade and a menu featuring seafood, steaks and chops. And the popular Planet Hollywood reopens in early December with an all-new observatory themed design and an out-of-this-world menu created in part by celebrity chef and Food Network star Guy Fieri.

Find fall around every corner at Disney Springs. It's the perfect place to enjoy the bright days and cool, breezy nights that make this time of year extra magical.
