The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art: This Winter Park museum has the world’s largest collection of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s famous glasswork, paintings, windows, jewelry and lamps.

Cornell Fine Arts Museum: Part of Rollins College in Winter Park, this facility is home to more than 5,500 works of art stretching from the ancient to modern periods. Better still, admission is free.

Orlando Museum of Art: Located between downtown Orlando and Winter Park, this museum presents 10 to 12 onsite exhibitions each year, plus art-enrichment programs, lectures and more.

Osceola County Welcome Center, History Museum and Pioneer Village: Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World®, this center invites you to step back in time and experience Florida as it was in the late 1800s.

Giraffe Ranch: Get up close and personal with nature’s gentlest giants at this ranch. It’s about an hour northwest of Orlando, but if you’ve ever dreamed of feeding a giraffe, it’s worth the trip.

Kissimmee Swamp Tours: Offering 60- and 90-minute airboat rides through the headwaters of the Florida Everglades, this attraction is located about an hour southeast of Walt Disney World®.

Revolution Off Road: Located in Clermont, about 30 minutes west of Walt Disney World®, this attraction offers off-roading and fishing among 230 acres of Florida countryside.

Safari Wilderness Ranch: Experience a natural adventure by motor vehicle, kayak, horseback or even camelback at this unique location in Lakeland, about an hour southwest of Universal Orlando®.

Spirit of the Swamp Airboat Rides: This attraction’s small, six-person boats put you right in the middle of prime Florida swampland. They’re about 30 minutes southeast from Walt Disney World® in Kissimmee.

Wild Florida Airboat Rides: While half-day tours are recommended here, you can still get a taste of Central Florida’s native beauty with a one-hour tour. The Gator and Wildlife Park is also worth a visit.
